    Production Description: 
1. Set up new standard of winder machines, mainly including the optimizing the yarn road and winding geometry, and introducing new anti-patterning system. 
2. Adjust parameters of single spindle on a touchable panel, including the speed and length. 
3. Independent motor of single spindle realizes variable frequency and achieves high speed and efficiency. 
4. Automatically stop when yarn breaks through photoelectric device. 
5. Yarn is winded smoothly and evenly by a speed acceleration from slow and the anti-patterning device. 
6. Electrical length and diameter courtion is inergrated in the winding design. 
7. Advanced clearer and tension control systerm can avoid the yarn knotting and reducing yarn breaking to achieve best winding effect. 
8. Pure cotton, pure wool and various chemical fibers winded to cylindrical or conical tube for dyeing under high temperature and pressure. 
9. Using Ø95 big drum that makes yarn is shape and denisity better. 
10. Suit for coarser yarn, flax and smoothy chemical yarn.
